I have always found the customer service here excellent, my most recent interactions have been with Rachael, who takes customer service to new levels. Rachael is patient, understanding, and unbelievably helpful she is a credit to Tesco. I have observed she has the same courteous friendly interaction with any customer who is their for help Thank you Rachael
- EEErdna Doof (ErdnaDoof)May 23, 20243.0The price is good. The mobile data is terrible. First, they told me 5G is included. They forgot to mention that there’s no 5G service here though. Most places where I get a signal, it’s two bars of 4G. That works well, except almost anywhere I go that’s not a large town or city, I get 3G. Unfortunately, the 3G does absolutely nothing, even with 4 bars. Maybe it’s ok for telephone calls, but data never works at all in 3G. They claim something like 95% coverage, but they don’t tell you that coverage doesn’t mean the data works. It’s like having water pipes throughout the country, but they forgot to turn the water flow on. I feel misled. Most places I go, I have virtually no data capability, and I’ve resorted to pre-downloading offline maps for guidance. Why would they tell me 5G is included, but fail to mention that there’s no 5G in the town where I live and signed up for the plan? Now I’m stuck in the plan. I may have to get a second SIM for data I can rely on.
